Most days at River Palms Titusville start with a spectacular sunrises over the Cape and river. Manatees, dolphins, sharks, fishes of all sizes can pass by as we look out at our riverside views. Some say it’s like being on a cruise ship. Blue sky and blue water with a thin strip of rocket launch towers on the horizon.  If you are a bird lover this is a wonderful place to be, Osprey, pelicans and many other sea birds fly by or fish along  our shoreline.

River Palms Titusville construction was recently completed in 2023 built using  the newest updated building codes mandated by the Surfside condo minimum collapse in 2021. With solid concrete poured beams, 8” thick floor slabs with full concrete block walls between units plus all storm rated doors.  The association is well funded as a new property. 

The Canaveral Nation Seashore is just a few miles away with the famous Black Point Wildlife Drive for beautiful  wildlife and bird watching. Nearby is Playalinda Beach with oceanfront relaxing in view of SLC 39A & B. Its one of the last beaches that is non commercialized in the state of Florida, surf fishing a favorite. Relax listening to the waves, it can't get better than these beaches, plus there's limited or no cell service. Kids have plenty of room to play as well.  There are beach areas designated for those who are naturalist. Those areas have signs posted so you won't be surprised. 

We are near many city and county Parks, the Port Canaveral cruise terminals and the many waterside restaurants. In the afternoons watch the big cruise ships sailing out while enjoying a great dockside meal.  Walking over bridges and trails, more than a few fishing piers as well, plus surf fishing at the beach. Daytona, Cocoa Beach, Orlando as well as Disney are all short drives away. 

Titusville remains a small town with all the basic necessities. Larger shopping and dining opportunities are 30 minutes or more away. To the south is Viera, and Melbourne, west on highway 50 is east Orlando Waterford Lakes area and then east into the world of Orlando and its traffic.
