Life on the Space Coast
We are fortunate to call home one of the closest residential vantage points to active launch complexes in the world. From our elevated balconies and riverfront grounds, residents enjoy sweeping views of the Artemis Launch Complex 39B, LC-39A home to Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy and soon Starship launches. The Saturn V Visitor Center, the Vehicle Assembly Building, SLC-40 and SLC-41, the new LC37 SpaceX Gigabay with another Starship launch tower. Blue Origin’s New Glenn launch site, and even the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Rocket launches, and sometimes returns are a regular and awe-inspiring part of daily life here.
This is not the official website of the River Palms Riverfront Condominium Association. Public association documents for owners, buyers, and realtors are available through the Watson Management Public Portal.
