Welcome to the River Palms Titusville Condominium community's social group website! This site was created to highlight our beautiful homes on Riverside Drive and help us all stay connected as neighbors. We’re lucky to live in such a special and truly unique location.
River Palms Titusville is one of the best spots on Floridas space coast to live—especially if you love rocket launches. From our elevated balconies, we get front-row views of every launch. Our community sits directly across the Indian River from Launch Complex 39B, giving us a perfect angle to see it all. Looking south, you can spot the Saturn V Visitors Center, LC-39A (where Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy lift off), the Starship launch tower, the iconic Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB), SLC-41 and SLC-40—which happens to be the busiest launch pad in the world right now. You can even see Blue Origin’s New Glenn pad at the southern end of the cape plus the KSC Visitors Complex, Blue Origin’s factory, and the NASA Causeway Bridge.
