Being New Makes a Difference
River Palms Riverfront construction was just completed in 2023 and meets all of the new post Surfside condominium collapse regulations and construction standards. As a new community our board has put us on a sound financial path to fiscal responsibility to meet future reserve needs.

Our River Palms Riverfront Condominium sits directly across the Indian River from the Artemis Launch Complex 39B. We have a unique view of every launch complex*. Looking south, you can spot the Saturn V Visitor Center, LC-39A (where Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy lift off), the Starship launch tower, the iconic Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB), SLC-41, and SLC-40, which happens to be the busiest launch pad in the world. You can even view Blue Origin’s New Glenn pad at the southern end of the cape, plus the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Blue Origin’s factory, and the NASA Causeway Bridge.
You will find a lot of local information on this website, as well as helpful hints and links to our association’s public documents for quick and easy access.
*LC41 ULA Vulcan launch pad itself is slightly behind the VAB from our view.
