Sales, Leasing and Rentals Policy
River Palms Riverfront is a condominium community for permanent and seasonal resident owners. NO SHORT-TERM RENTALS ARE ALLOWED. No unit may be leased until after 2 years of ownership and must be approved. These policies are to keep our community safe by limiting transient guests and maintaining our property values as a residential community. Background screening is required.
