In 2025 owners voted to amending our documents to reflect the new laws requiring storm protection. The association also made other modifications that were approved by vote from the first adopted original documents prepared by the building contractor Tricon. 

Owners that answered "No" are grandfathered in Owners that answered "Yes" are required to follow the amendments as well as any owners who purchased after March 2025 Lease Term - changed from 3 months to 1 year minimum Rental Cap - limits rentals to 15% of total units Waiting Period - requires units to be owned 2 years minimum before leasing.
